Exercise your emotions.

This is the first exercise in this category is very generalized and encompasses all five senses (six, if you still have some "gift"!). In the following days, some exercises will focus your attention on each of the senses for a longer period of time. Today, we briefly dwell on each of them.

Deliberately focuses on the following guidelines. Spare no time. There is no need to avoid any haste in carrying out this exercise.

The gift of seeing. Select some objects in the room and look at it in a new spell as a child would be looked at unfamiliar things. With a single view, just look at its contours, its details. Try to look with fresh eyes, to open this subject is something new, which you have not noticed.

The gift of hearing. Select any audio and listen to it in a new way. Hear whether the sounds from the outside? Examine them as if they are unfamiliar. And if you do not hear anything, just silence around? Turn on music, or any device.

The gift of smell. Does the room have any smell? Do you feel the smell of flowers or perfume? Or something from the kitchen? The smell of burning cedar in the fireplace, pipe tobacco or leather? Capture this consciously smell in his memory, as if trying to remember it.
