Release the brakes!

Regain their wild "I" is a very important step on the road to life in a carefree time. (See "Wild and Free" in the first part of the book.) Our Wild or natural, "I" is always violent, passionate, funny and direct. It is an energetic, emotional, intuitive, simple and free. On it are often overlooked because we have a long time to grow, trying to become a "responsible adult". If your life is not enough entertainment, if you never experience the passion or you find it difficult to come to some decision, if you feel disconnected, then you've lost touch with his wild self.

If over time you were quite "right" and calm person, too civilized and restrained, you can be very scary "to release the brakes and set free their wild selves. It may be too sharp jump in your life as batted spring. What we tried to suppress in myself and drive in their shadow selves, may seem negative, when it begins to manifest itself in life.

You may also like the following inner journey.

Imagine that you are somewhere in the countryside. Met there with his wild self. Perhaps it would be in the form of a wise old man or old woman, the natural spirit, the fiery dragon, witch, child of nature, or the mighty powerful adult. Allow yourself to even be surprised, in what form they present to you. Ask your wild "I" that you need to know about how you become more wild and free, find out what it expects from you. (It can tell you the language of images, feelings, memories, intuitive impulses, not words.) Let your wild "I" to teach you how to express what you have on your heart, sing about their passion, to bury his nose in the damp earth.

You can do something pleasurable and enjoyable physical, which had previously been unusual for you. Of course, do not force yourself to compel it or to the extreme. It should just listen to the desires of his body. Perhaps you enjoy an aromatherapy massage or a Jacuzzi. It is not excluded that you decide to sleep outdoors under the stars. Or spend a day in the wilderness forests. Walk around barefoot on Mother Earth, sing a song of the river, listen to the wind, talk to the mountains, splyashite with the spirits of nature, and then invite your wild "I" back into your life.

Release the brake does not mean losing control. It also does not imply that you will begin to act according to their whims and impulses without thinking about the consequences in this case. It only means that you become more aware of emotions, desires, and passions that lie far from the surface of our civilized life. You have the right to freedom of expression, even if your actions seem unusual to others. If you want, for example, dancing the night in your own garden, or ask the chief of excessive exit the bottom, or swim naked in a cool mountain stream, then who can you prevent it? And if you shoot in the head vzbredet galloping on horseback along the beach, or spend a day in silence and solitude, or to refuse an invitation to a party, or beat a pillow to give vent to his rage, or in clown dress up and walk around the central street that will stop you? Release the brake, be wild.
