Consider yourself healthy

Jill Edwards

Consider yourself healthy

One mystical wisdom says: "We create our own body." The so-called "solid" of our reality (which, according to modern physics, is an illusion) - just energy, vibrating in accordance with our minds. Everything in the world (including our bodies) is a byproduct of our consciousness. But this puts our logical assumptions about a world turned upside down! This means that our health and well-being reflect what happens in our head. As Deepak Chopra says: "The cells in our body are constantly listening and our thoughts are changed in accordance with them."Thus, if we love life, appreciate your body and look forward to good health, we send positive messages to every cell, and our bodies, biochemistry, and immune systems begin to function at its best.

Carl Simonton, known for his hollisticheskim approach to the problem of cancer, found that the expectation of full recovery was the best predictor of successful outcome of the disease, despite its seriousness. In other words, those who kept saying to myself that gets better - and believe it! - Actually had a much better chance of recovery. Moreover, since the consciousness of all people are interconnected, then, if we rely on the health of our loved ones or that they get better, take on a momentum that its effect. (For a fascinating exploring the power of prayer and its application in medicine, read the book, Larry Dossey «Healing Words», Harper Collins, 1993.)

From the perspective of deep reality, health or illness related to a person as a whole, not just his body. Studies have proven that the "split personality" can be a single person with diabetes, and another person, being in the same body that has no signs of this disease! One person may suffer from epilepsy or have allergies to certain substances, and the other at the same time remains quite healthy. Even the scars and warts can appear and disappear when a person moves to another! This suggests that the body is not frozen, objective reality, it is created by our changing thoughts, emotions and personality.

According to the biomedical model, disease is a simple dysfunction of the body without any reason or purpose. And the experts handle it with medication, surgery or lucheterapii. Since the body and mind are considered separately, modern medicine has little do with personality, considering it a miserable appendage to the disease. It's not that the biomedical model is wrong, it is simply too restricted theory. She contributed to the development of pharmaceuticals and medical technology, but only at the expense of proper understanding of what the disease means a person and as a cue creates health.

In 1992, Brandon Beyz was diagnosed with a tumor in the pelvic area the size of a soccer ball. Doctors insisted on immediate surgery, but she decided that would recover without surgery. It's only six and a half weeks, and doctors were forced to recognize that the patient is absolutely healthy, and the tumor was gone. It is not used any drugs, no surgery, no lucheterapiya. If we are willing to take responsibility for their health and to openly admit their problems, then we can heal itself from almost any illness.

Each year, 98 percent of the atoms of our body are replaced.Even the cells of the skeleton are updated every three months. Therefore, to be patient, we need to make new healthy cells get sick! Instead, we can consciously create health. It may sound surprising, but, says Deepak Chopra, at the level of quantum reality, "all in your body can be changed according to your wishes."
