Respect your body

Jill Edwards

Respect your body
The body is the temple of our soul. This is the divine light, moving slowly spirals and vibrating, so that we see him hard. The body has its own wisdom and intelligence. It works to maintain our health and vitality, if only we listen and respect him. If we deny or negotiate our body, or try to rise above the physical needs and desires (sometimes encouraged by religion), then there is an internal conflict or neurosis develops, making it impossible for life without worries. As embodied by mystics, we live in harmony with your body and respect its needs.

Our bodies are constantly giving us useful message: slow down, get warm, drink lots of water, rest, eat more fruits, breathe fresh air, knead the muscles, paused, and so on. We are at your own risk and ignore these messages, and yet they point the way to maintain good health and avoid disease. Because each of us is unique, it is important to trust your own intuition is that good for our body, and not listen to the latest fads or medical expert opinions about what is good and what is bad for your health.

If you do get sick, consult the wisdom of the body about the nature of the conflict or imbalance, as well as learn and what you need to take. Just relax, take a look inside yourself and ask for the opportunity to talk with your body.

The answer may come in the form of images, memories, fleeting thoughts or hints. If you hear something strange, like "Take turn off the electric blanket and clock radios," Believe it! Maybe your body is overly sensitive to the effects of electromagnetic fields. I recently received instruction: "Take supplements with enzymes," which I never heard nothing. But now I felt it a positive impact on my energy.

In order to maintain health, you may need not only a change in lifestyle or emotional jolt, but also help the healer. Western medicine offers a lot, and some doctors are really able to work miracles, so do not hesitate to contact them if you feel that doing the right thing. But I believe that in the future in the first place will come vibratory methods of treatment: homeopathy, cranial osteopathy, treatment of floral essential oils, because they treat a person as hollisticheskuyu energy system and support the body without making it over the violence.

Balance is the universal key to good health. Studies have shown that elderly people who eat only healthy food and vitamins necessarily swallowing live no more than middle age. And those whose life balance is always in the normal (three meals a day, sleeping at the same time, the absence of alcohol abuse, smoking, reasonable rest and activity cycles) live 11 years longer than average.

Here are seven top tips for keeping your body in good shape and good health.

1. Eat clean and whole foods, no pesticides and other toxins.

2. Drink plenty of pure water. (There is evidence that chronic dehydration of the body can cause serious illness. Every day should drink at least six glasses of pure water. Tea, coffee, alcohol and salty foods deplete the supply of water in the body.)

3. Go to bed at a certain time, sleeping 7 ~ 8 hours.

4. Do the work that makes you. pleasure and brings results. (For those who are satisfied with their jobs, there is no serious heart attacks.)

5. Spend more time outdoors.

6. Meditate and relax completely every day.

7. Cultivate positive emotions and long-term relationships.
