Heartsong

Heartsong

Once in this world lived a remarkable man who married a woman of his dreams. From their love came into being a little girl. She was a cheerful and intelligent child, and my father adored her. When she was just a baby, he often caught her in his arms and begin to whirl her across the room, humming some tune, and repeating: "I love you, baby!"

When the little girl grew up, the man tightly hugged her and told her again and again: "I love you, baby! * Girl blew her lips and replied:" But I'm no longer a little! "Then he laughingly assured her:" For me You will always have my little girl. "

And then a little girl who-has-more-not-a-little, left home and went out into the world. And the more she learned about yourself, the more she learned about her father. She realized that he really was a remarkable man, so I learned how to see his strengths. And one of these strengths was his ability to express their love of family. Wherever she was, wherever he went, he always called her to say: "I love you, baby!"

The day came when the little girl who-have-more-not-a-little, got on the phone the news that her father was seriously ill. As she explained, he suffered a stroke, after which was speechless, and doctors doubted that he was able to understand what he is told. He could no longer smile, laugh, walk, hug, dance or tell a little girl who-is-more-not-a-little, about how he loves her.

So, she went to this wonderful man to be with him. When she entered the room and saw him, he looked small and frail. He looked at her and tried to say something, but could not.

And then she did the only thing she could. She sat down beside him on the bed, and tears flowed from the eyes of both, when she threw her arms still her father's shoulder.

Putting her head on his chest, she thought a lot about how good they were together, and about what a terrible loss she had to. Along with this remarkable person, she always felt surrounded by affection and care, and she lacked the words of love, which always served her comfort and support.

And then she heard from the depths of his being the sound of his heart. Heart, which continued to live music and words. The heart continued to beat rhythmically in the paralyzed body. And while she lay so, a miracle happened. She heard what I wanted to hear.

His heart hammered the words that his lips could not say more:

I love you, baby!

I love you, baby!

I love you, baby!

And in her heart immediately became calmer.
