The secret of true happiness.

The secret of true happiness.

Carefree time - this is your state of consciousness, but not activity (or lack thereof). You can guarantee yourself that will prove to be a carefree period of time only because they sit in his garden and nothing else will do. If it your eyes will automatically begin to run from side to side, looking nepropolotuyu flower bed or a number of shrubs, which have long time to cut, something inside you to continue the struggle.

So, again, you can not relax and still are in a difficult time. Or it happens in another. You sit in the garden, but life had time to torment you so that all your efforts "at least here a little rest" once again fail. You will hardly be able to appreciate the beauty of your garden. His magic will leave your heart is indifferent, because in this case you're still just wasting time.

There are another example. Suppose you bathe the child, while enjoying rosy bubbles, tenderness of the skin of your child, his glowing smile. You can laugh together, when it becomes particularly hard to splash. In this case, you find yourself in a blissful carefree period of time. But you can do swimming fumes, while remembering all the cases which you have not yet had time to finish for today, or regret about the transfer, which is just at this point you are missing. Of course, you'll be in every way to hurry the child, feeling like you all had enough. So, you still are in a difficult time. Do not our actions and define the circumstances in which of the time cycles we are. Everything depends on our consciousness.

Scientists have calculated that we only use ten percent of our brain capacity. I believe that this is precisely our rational thinking characteristic of the difficult time. Apparently, we usually have access only to those ten per cent. The remaining ninety percent of the capacity of the brain, in my opinion, belong to the carefree time, and it is in this part of the brain concluded his boundless creativity and mental capacity. When we begin to live mostly in careless of time, our process of thinking itself is expanded and become a holistic, creative and smooth. We see the "forest" rather than "trees", and therefore often make our lives easier.

As carefree time is always ignored and underestimated in Western society, we are giving too much burden to our rational thinking. We are trying to use it to solve problems, he was not quite intended. For example, we are looking for inspiration, creative solutions to the problem, try to get answers to emotional questions, or just learn to enjoy the moment a hard time, using the capabilities of the brain.

Instead of seeing the forest itself, we, headlong, rushing from one tree to another. This, of course, is not a shortcoming of our "ego", but we are trying to extend its capabilities for all reasonable limits. "Ego should be ninety percent of our brain, our deep, inner self, but instead it is itself begins to take on unbearable problem and set their own unreasonable goal, which is trying to solve a very fast pace.

While we do not create a space that, to be a carefree time of our (whether it be pointless modeling clay, indolence, daydreaming, or simply "exist", we will never be able to hear the inspiring voice of our soul. We will be unable to come into contact with their own dreams and visions, not listen to the needs of our internal Chad. We did not even notice the flashes of his intuition. In short, we never become fully alive. And at the same time, each of us realizes that he lost something, something he did not enough. And this "something" was crucial in his life. Constantly living in difficult times, we will at best become insensitive or just concerned about, and at worst - are feeling despair, finding no reason to it.

It was a carefree time carefully whispers to us: "that is, that is." It was during this period, we understand that happiness will not find any in the latest computer program, or at the most prestigious exhibition. It is much easier to find inner peace and harmony, watching as the river flows, or simply coming on a long walk with his dog. The paradox also lies in the fact that at precisely the moment when we stop desperately chasing happiness and learn to live moment, that's when we feel much more happy.

It is in moments like this comes inspiration, and we begin to create. And all this happens without unnecessary struggle, without effort and overemployment, which are so inherent in difficult times. In difficult times, we more like caterpillars, greedily devouring the leaves and businesslike, gnawing their way and happy future butterfly. Of carefree Time - we have a butterfly, flitting easily and freely.
