Feeds your soul

When I walk on the Lakeland Area, every time I enjoy the splendor and majesty of nature. Passing the mist-shrouded lake, looking at the mighty mountains, or the silent way through the ancient forest trails, where sunlight penetrates through the thick foliage, grass sends in bright yellow spots, I always feel like my heart warms up, toes tightened from pleasure, the soul singer. For me, the contemplation of wild scenery as vital as breathing. It feeds my soul.

Each person has such knowledge or experience that if you call home, and at this moment you connect to the deepest parts of himself. For some it happens in moments of listening to Irish music, for others - as one approaches the ocean. Some can not live without riding one admires the art of the Renaissance, or writing poems. There are people for whom the main thing - to make love, and some can not live without a potter's wheel and clay. Someone loves to tinker with small children, but there are those who can not imagine myself without mountains ... Perhaps some aspect of your work give you inspiration. Incidentally, the word means fullness of spirit. Or is it something very simple, such as lighted candles, silence and solitude, and even the most ordinary evening spent on the bench in the garden. (For example, I had chills running down your spine, when I hear the cry of gulls. I do not know what is the explanation, but he is in tune with my soul.)

Soul also nourishes and pilgrimage. Traveling with a feeling that you get closer to the holy places, it does not appear on the march somewhere as a tourist. If you meet the pilgrimage to the call of his deep inner "I", you become a particularly attentive and open to the Spirit of the sacred places. You may want to visit the famous sacred place or power. This, for example, Glastonbury, Averberi, chartreuse, Ludres, Betelgeym, Jerusalem, Mecca, the pyramids of Egypt, the temples of the Maya in Mexico, Machu Picchu, Mount Shasta, Sedona, Bali and India. (I celebrated its fortieth anniversary in Kallanishe on the Isle of Lewis, where at night visited the famous standing stones.) You can also spend time in a place that feeds your soul is. The reason for this may be your last incarnation. This point may be city, village, country, or even just a beach, forest, valley or mountain range. By tradition, people should come to this place, slowly, preferably on foot, and always with a sense of awe, gratitude, and with a sense of impending miracle. If this is a small area by area, for example, the terms of the standing stones, you can bypass it immediately upon arrival. I always like doing, making three circles in a clockwise direction. Only then did I mentally ask permission to enter the center of the Spirits of the sacred places.

To our mind was saturated, we need every day to invite your soul in our lives. It is important to realize that the soul is fed not sandwiches with cheese, no soap operas, and, of course, do not travel on the underground stations. She needed the experience of higher vibration, more refined essence that resonates with the higher dimensions of reality. This process can be likened to gardening. All that is required is to create a healthy environment for plants, only then it will bloom and bear fruit. If the conditions are created correctly, our soul will increasingly realized. Without the right "nutrients", it may even run out of energy, leaving you with only a "light bulb on duty" for existence.

What feeds your soul? When you feel reunited? What makes you feel like a huge, expanding and joyful? What makes your life inner peace and harmony? Imagine that you talk with your soul. Ask her what it takes to make you feel "full of soul man." What do you think will respond to is your soul?
