An important emotional need is belonging - a feeling that you are a "part of something": groups, communities and families. The consciousness of belonging gives us strength and causes a feeling that everything is in order. Some people are so attuned to the universe that they understand and recognize their place in it.Most of us just want to "find their place in this world." So why are we "belong"?

People deprived of their sense of belonging, feeling "lost" and begin more close, further isolating itself. It should be understood that a sense of belonging comes from within. Only depends on you, you shall be an active participant in life or not. Only you choose the time and place of its origin.

If you habitually walk at the same restaurant, ride relax at the same resort or spend time with the same group of friends, it shows that your sense of belonging is underdeveloped. You're tied to the fact that you are familiar and feel comfortable in new surroundings.

You still need to understand that the world belongs to all of us and that your place is where you want to be. You can not drive anywhere. It all depends on you. "Belonging" to some place does not necessarily mean that you want to live there. But wherever you are located at any given moment (in poverty or wealth), you have the right at this point to be where you are. Realizing and accepting this view, you will learn to feel comfortable in all conditions.

People who have poorly developed sense of belonging, often trying to fill that void with alcohol or excess in eating. They usually suffer from obesity or digestive problems. They could allow other people to manage themselves, to compensate for his lack of a sense of belonging.

Hope, "the light at the end of the tunnel" - you probably do not often heard this phrase. If you are indeed in an underground tunnel from which there is no way out, and I am sure that you have no chance to ever get out of this tunnel, you can seem that life no longer worth it. Why? After all, you're still going to die, right?

We imagine as clearly as possible a similar situation, as long as you do not embrace a sense of hopelessness and the feeling that your "fire burns". And suddenly you realize that somewhere in the depths of the tunnel breaks weak light. You immediately feel like you back to the energy and life. This is the hope. No matter what obstacles come across in your way, blocking the exit of the tunnel, you know: out there! You're going to go to the world - for freedom!

Try to understand that everything in your daily life is always for the better. Even if you do not see or do not understand this, there is a Divine Plan, the whole picture. Whatever you felt at the moment, it is part of your development - a learning experience.

If you go ahead and grow up, the inside of you and in your life in general will be more light, more heat, more love. Never lose hope! A person who has lost hope, is going through depression, his blood pressure drops, as the flame it begins to fade.
