The seven chakras.

Good health and vitality depend on whether the free energy has on our body. This means that should be free to run, and our emotions and our cape there, and our experience. In a word, that took the lives freely. We welcome growth and change, we live in this moment, not the past. This means that we must learn to give and receive love and trust in the process of life.

The body has seven major chakras, or energy centers, which are located along the length of the spine - from the coccyx to the crown. Each chakra is connected with a certain layer of the aura, a multilayer energy system which surrounds us, and heaven penetrates the physical body. Chakras are also associated with special emotional aspects and, moreover, with certain parts of our body. For example, the kidneys are the organs of the 2 nd chakra, related to sexuality and pleasure.

If you are afraid of their sexuality or feel guilt for their pleasure, or do not trust their own happiness, believing that it can not last forever, your vital energy is blocked at the 2 nd chakra, and your body can express your fears and concerns over the issue of kidney.

Table chakras.

Chakra Center; gland; emotionally.

1 - base of spine, adrenal glands, safety and survival, money and material values, a sense of possession

2 - Sacrum (area below the navel), gonad; pleasure and sexuality, anxiety and guilt about it.

3 - Solar plexus; Pancreas; suppressed feelings, especially anger, frustration, heartache, jealousy, sadness but also joy, happiness, enthusiasm and love. Self

4 - heart, thymus, obtain and return the love. Love you.

5 - throat, thyroid gland; Communication, self-expression. Also known as the "Center" (because our work is the way we express ourselves in the world).

6 - forehead; pituitary; intuition.

7 - crown, pineal gland; Our door to the spiritual world.

How to open your chakras?

Opening the chakras increases the flow of energy in the body and around it, and thus improves our physical, mental and emotional health.

This is very simple and powerful way to strengthen and balance the chakras:

Imagine each chakra in turn. They rotate and become larger in size. Start with the 1 st chakra (though they are rotated in any direction, they usually rotate at different). At the same time, imagine the explosion of corresponding colors. (The colors go from red (1-I) to purple (7-I), as in the rainbow).

1-I. Push sphincter, just hold your breath, then relax (red as a tomato).

2-I. Podognite fingers on the legs, then relax them (orange).

3rd. Vtyanite stomach, then relax (Yellow, like sunflower petals).

4.ya. Postuchite fingers on the thymus gland above the chest several times with one hand. Or just smile (green as grass).

5-I. Sglotnite (blue as the sky).

6-I. Close your eyes and look up (Dark blue indigo).

7-I. Imagine Purple or White, or Golden light (or a mixture of all three) around its crown.

This exercise takes less than a minute. I did it, yet down or raise the lift, or stood at a traffic light, waiting for green light. (Close chakras after exercise is not necessary, despite the fact that there are different theories about the frightening that you have "left open". For best results, repeat the exercise at least once a week.

If you want to take the energy from any chakra, close your eyes and concentrate on relevant parts of the body. Move consciousness "inside" chakras. Then imagine that imagine that you are swimming in the colors of the chakras (chakra color if you feel "inappropriate", trust intuition).

1-th chakra - to ground yourself, to feel the security;

2 nd chakra - for pleasure and sexuality;

3rd chakra - let your emotions run smoothly, the energy body makeup;

4 th chakra - love and compassion;

5 th chakra - communication and self-expression;

6 th chakra - intuition;

7 th chakra - to expand consciousness, to receive spiritual perspectives.
