About a dream. Removing barriers.

About a dream. Removing barriers.

Life is exactly this which we created it. We are artists, and if life - dark iskromsannaya abstraction, when we prefer the soft Impressionist paintings in which the light dancing, should ask ourselves why we have painted it that?

What we want to learn? What we get, clinging to the old coarse abstraction, and refusing to start work on a new canvas? What keeps us in one place?
Many of us are afraid of success.

Do you have a secret fear to get what you want? Or unrealistic assumptions about what can be achieved? (Fantaziruete Do you think that if the chance twelve kilograms of weight, it will become a happy, self-confident, popular and successful?

Or see what will the same, only the twelve kilograms lighter?). What is the approximate effects of success? What will be the reward for failure?

Record: "I really want to, but I'm afraid that if you get it". What are the dangers of hiding in the shadows of your dreams? What may have to cancel?

Draw what comes to mind. Do not censor any thoughts, write down everything. When you are finished, examine your fears.

We learn and grow, just having new experiences, new ways of life, moving to the future, and yet many of us are afraid to spoil it. We would be amazed if the child has decided that as the creep - an excellent way of movement, and will not risk stumble when walking. After all, it would limit his opportunities.

Fortunately, small children are almost free from fear. They raise their legs, go, stagger, step, or two, stumbles and falls, and try again and again, until not learn to walk and run and jump and cavort. They do not see the drop as a "failure"; it's just part of the learning process. When it comes to bikes, children do not say: "Well, I have attacked one's heart, where he studied to walk, so perhaps a bicycle, I would not be issues". They look to the future, not to the past and see themselves with bicycles.

As adults, however, many of us are maimed by a fear of mistakes, wrong decisions, failure, embarrassment, or the repetition of the past. We can fool ourselves by saying that life is so excellent as itself, so why take risks, try something new? ( "Why learn driving? And so I deal yet. I'm probably the failure of the examinations for a driver's license"). When we point out that someone is able to both, and the third, we answer: "Yes, but they have others!". We, the butterflies, who turn in their nymph, but are afraid to break loose.

Another possible stumbling block - it is about myself.

Several years ago I helped one woman to stop smoking. Lisa smoking for twenty years and could not extend without smoking more than a day. In meditation, it has caused a cigarette in the human form in order to understand what features smoking service for her. Cigarette appeared dirty, slopwork, foul-mouthed creature and Lisa realized that it produces on its own cigarette disgusting features. (Other people are projected on a cigarette qualities they admired, such as ambition, sophistication, purity of thought.) When it is once again recognized these characteristics in themselves, she quit smoking with ease. But three months later, she again began to smoke. The reason was the way she learned that she had not changed its view of itself. Lisa still saw himself as a smoker who is trying to quit smoking, rather than "a non-smoker" (which could accidentally be cigarette). She stopped her presentation about yourself. Lazaris has warned that the reality has always followed the ways. Our understanding of ourselves to be ever evolving, flexible, growing, developing. If our perception of ourselves is not to come true, that we create, the reality "suddenly deteriorate, in order to be compatible". If you want a certain amount of money, and your understanding of yourself said that you have ever little money, then there is a danger that you will create an unexpected situation, which will cost money - home repairs, breakdowns, or a large debt, so that your understanding of the themselves maintained. Even if the reality is changing for the better, while taking us by surprise, we need to immediately take up work on a presentation of yourself!
Who am I?

Select an area of life in which you want to move forward, perhaps, health, work, relationships, money, or spirituality and draw everything that comes to mind about your view of yourself in this area ( "I and the work", "Me and health "). When you are finished - it may take five minutes or five hours - watching a recording and select the central topic. Is there a single word that sums up all that (for example, the loser, the third - yet, tugodum, cynic, a martyr, goody, the complainant, rag, bootlicker)? What kind of reality creates a man with such a presentation about yourself?

Now think about the reality you want to create. What should be the presentation of themselves to support it? Draw everything that comes to mind. Now select one word that describes a new idea. (For example, the winner, witty adventurer, factories, ingenious, bringing joy, devotee, philosopher). How would such people think, feel and behave? In meditation, draw a person to create and manage situations that reflect your new understanding of yourself. Begin to see yourself that way.

(To be continued).
