It forms the beliefs of all the things that you see, hear and feel. So you just need to enter an era of the information in it.

Napoleon Hill and many other old giants of the genre you can read about the methods of visualization (just the regular representation of what you want) and oral self-hypnosis. I must say from my own experience - the methods are heavy and insufficient.

With them you do not cook the porridge.

However, there are simpler methods and stronger. One of them, I borrowed from the American millionaire Richard Brooke, I will now describe.

Write on paper the story of your perfect day in the future (for example, after 5 years). Nafantaziruyte everything you want.

Describe in detail all that you see, hear and feel. Use formulations: a) the first person, that is, the "I", and b) in the present tense, and c) the positive, that is, without the particle "not".

When the story is ready, re-read it every day and visualize as real as possible, that there is described. Brooke advised to do this at least 2 times a day.

If you read it enough, then very soon you will begin to experience a state of mind, which I would call a "state of flight."

You start to look at everything as if from a great height, and in a more global perspective. And just as during the flight, the speed of your movement in life tends to supersonic.

Care should be taken to ensure that this condition persists. And for this you just need to re-read the story a lot of times every day.
