Love relationship

     I am a big fan of Dr. Bernie Siegel, an oncologist from the state of Connecticut. He authored a book titled "Love, Medicine and Miracles." Dr. Siegel learned a lot from my patients, and I am pleased to join with his point of view on unconditional love.

     "Many people, especially cancer patients, as a child to believe that at the core of their being there is something wrong. And this defect they must hide to save their chance to be loved. If someone sees their true colors, they will be forever doomed to loneliness and lack of love. People who think like that, create a protective layer around it, not allowing others to penetrate their secrets and share their innermost dreams and deep feelings. They always feel a void within himself and take what- the relationship only if the receiving of something than you can fill that void. They agree to love, only if they get something in return. And this leads to greater inner emptiness, which prevents break out of this vicious circle. "

     During his lectures, I always enjoy listen to any questions. Some of them are usually connected with the problems of relationships.

     Any relationship is very important because it reflects your attitude. If you are constantly reproach myself and accused of all mortal sins and feel the eternal victim, you attract to yourself the appropriate type of relationship with other people, which will only strengthen your self-worthlessness.

        Too often you reject different good things, because I do not believe that they deserve. For example, you decide to get married or start a long-term relationship with someone. The person with whom you meet, you have four popular with the qualities in a partner. You know that that is not enough, and you start to supplement and expand the list of required attributes. And then it all depends on how much you love yourself. You can stay with the first person to agree with you. Or you can go through a dozen applicants before finding someone who will really be worthy of you.

     If you believe that a Higher Power was surrounded by people who love you sincerely, and that anyone who will meet on your way, will bring only good, it's the way it will be.
