Museum of old beliefs.

Good preparation for this exercise - write a list of beliefs on which you want to get rid of (those that you now think limiting) and a list of beliefs that you want to purchase. To do this, you might find the following procedure:

Select the context to which you want to work.
Pofantaziruyte how it should look like in an ideal (at least 7 points)
Set aside list, you will be taken in the future for three years and see how things are there about you. Make a list, similar to n2.
Compare the list for each item, asking the question: "Why is my life, the reality is different from the ideal." Ask yourself this question: "Why?" and "What are my beliefs hinder the achievement of the ideal?
1. Former conviction.

Think of something, what you are extremely firmly believed, but now this conviction was over. Maybe this is a children's belief in Santa Claus, or something that you seemed quite accurate to the acquisition of new experiences.
