What they are, your beliefs?

Take a look at your life. The fact that you have to be a direct result of your beliefs. Unhappy? In debt? A bad marriage? Unsuccessful? Poor health? This belief has made for you a reality. In a very real sense, a certain part of you wants you to have all these problems.

I remember Tony Robbins, a leading expert on motivation, and his story of a woman suffering from schizophrenia. When she was a person, she has diabetes, but when she became a different person, she was healthy. Beliefs are building identity. Women with diabetes had a belief that created diabetes. It is quite obvious that if you change your beliefs, you change the whole situation.

How can change these beliefs? First, determine what you want in your life. Once you have decided that you want to be, who you want to be or what you want to do, you will immediately see the beliefs that stand in the way of your achievements. They will be right on the surface. Again, I go back to what was said earlier, you can rephrase their complaint so that they become your purpose and intention.

So, what do you want?

Write down below that you would like to have, who you want to be and what you want to do. Brian Tracy conducted a study and discovered that people just write down their wishes on paper and put off the sheet aside, a year to notice that 80 percent of their wishes come true.

Write down your wishes!

How much do you have written goals?

Sometimes, starting to write their wishes, people feel that they are too greedy. They think that they take something from other people.

The best way to get rid of this belief is the belief that you also want to succeed and others.

In other words, if you want a new home but do not want your neighbor, too, was a new house, then you have caught your ego and greed. But if you want a new house yourself and think that everyone can have a new home, you are in union with the creative spirit and eventually you will come to his new home.

You see, in the world in fact, there is no shortage. The universe is much more than our ego, and it can provide us with more than we ask for. Our task - just honest to ask for what we want. The desire comes to you from your inner spirit.

Paid homage to this spirit by writing your true desires:

__________________________

Now write down a goal or intention. What do you really want to have what you want to become or what want to do.

Concentration gives power. Look at the two lists, which may be the target or multiple targets thrown into your eyes. What kind of goals or intentions has the highest energy? This goal should scare you a bit, but still very impressive.

Also, remember that you can always combine the goal. There is nothing wrong, if you write: "I want to weigh 120 pounds, have a brand new Corvette, fifty thousand in the bank this Christmas."

Write down below your most desire:

_____________________________________

And now the final step:

Write down your intention as if it had already been done.

In other words, your intention, "I want to weigh 120 pounds, have a brand new Corvette and fifty thousand in the bank for this Christmas" becomes a statement, "I weigh 120 pounds, I own a brand new Corvette, I have fifty thousand in the bank!"

Do it now. Just write down your intention in the present tense, as if you already have:

Now you can write your wish on a card and put in your pocket or wallet. By doing so, you will unconsciously remind myself of its intention. Now, your own mind will push you towards the realization of your dreams.

So, relax. You've just planted a seed in your mind. Next book will tell you how to irrigate, how to provide natural light, clean and allow weeds to germinate.
