Stage III

Education magic spirit (III)

At this stage we will expand our ability to concentrate. Close your eyes and imagine clearly familiar terrain, place, space, home, garden, meadow, meadow, forest, and more. Hold this view. Remember exactly every detail, such as color, light, form.

The view should be as accurate as if you personally are in this place. If the image is lost or eroded, call him again, more clearly. Exercise is completed, if you are in for at least five minutes were able to keep that image. Then try to move in the same way and the concentration of hearing. If you imagine a beautiful forest, listen at the same time and in the singing of birds, the rustling of leaves, the sound of wind, the buzzing of bees. If that degree of concentration is reached, try this exercise with your eyes open, with you or stop your mind on one thing, or still looking at nothing. Exercise is fully satisfied if you have chosen to call the image your eyes open, and within five minutes, hold it with one or more senses.
