Spirit, or the Divine Essence, is not born and does not die. It exists to the physical birth and after physical death. This entity is not subject to the ups and downs of mental and emotional experiences. This is a constant loving presence to which we return when you stop crucifying themselves or attack others.

Divine essence of you is different from the divine essence in your brother or sister. This is a single entity, one Spirit. Because of the phone you have you feel as if you are separated from each other, but the Divine Essence unites you.

Minds can disagree, condemn or attack each other, but the Divine Essence combines them all into a simple harmony.

Identifying himself with the body or with thoughts of separation, you forget about your Self. You forget who you are. Do you think that is separated from his brother. Do you think that is separated from God. Otherwise, you could not blame or attack.

Being mindful of your own, do you remember about their spiritual connection to all people. When you remember who you are, it is impossible to attack.

You can not know the glory of God, is not rated yet Divine Essence within. It has nothing to do with your gender, race, economic status, ethnicity or religion. It has nothing to do with what you think about yourself or what others think of you.

Divine Essence within you - totally loving and worthy of love. When you come into contact with the essence, then you understand that it is pleasing to the way you are.

You know that you do not have anything that would have to improve or put in order.

Know your essence requires that you threw self-condemnation and criticism. It requires you to stop condemning your brother or sister.

The better you learn to abide in that state, the easier your life. This is why many spiritual paths include regular practice of meditation and prayer.

Union with God, good for the nerves. It is critical for the overall health - physical, mental, emotional and mental.

I suggest you meditate or pray for an hour a day, not that there's anything wrong with that. I'm just asking you to think about your Divine Essence every hour for five minutes or every tenth devote to this idea.
