I often mentally talking to myself, and my internal dialogues are positive. I speak to myself in the morning, afternoon and evening. My words come from the depth of my heart, and the words of love. I know: a year my mind and heart open even more, and what I think about myself, become a reality. Therefore, only believe in good. There was a time when I did not believe in myself. I also believe in meditation. For me, meditation - it's easy to sit down, turn off for a while your internal dialogue and to listen to own wisdom. When I meditate, it usually closes his eyes, take a deep breath and ask:
"What do I need to know?" I sit and listen. Maybe I can ask, "What's the lesson?" Sometimes we think that everything in life should be more settled. Or maybe you just need to learn a lesson from this situation?
When I began to meditate, the first three weeks I suffered from terrible headaches. Meditation for me was unusual and contrary to all my internal programs, however I did not give in and continues to meditate. Headaches gradually passed.
