Historical background of the new code.

The first half of the 80th years, I was in a strange situation. When I contemplate the world of NLP, created Bendlerom and me, then said a few serious things I care to:

1. It was a lot of extremely well-trained practitioners of NLP, the ability to create these wonders (on the possibilities of other systems work on the changes) to work with clients. However, it is obvious that they never came to mind (or perhaps they simply decided not to do so) to use these patterns for yourself. Thus, I had a feeling that many of them incongruence, ie, in some areas of their personal and professional life had been absolutely no room for choice, which they assiduously helped to create another.

2. Most of these people were mainly focused on the development of seminars on the application of NLP in various areas (I am considered as a slight variation of the baseline development), but very little attention has been given the primary objective of NLP - Modeling.

3. The focus for many of them were ultra-fast search for solutions to the problems with which the client came to them, regardless of the situation they arise. It seemed that these people had no interest in such broad issues as aesthetics, ethics, social and political issues. In doing so, I could not find them no desire to use a proactive approach to these important aspects of human activity.

I have therefore decided to develop what became known in NLP as a new code, some projects which participated Judith Deloze.

I set a goal to develop an approach that would be effectively represented by the lead during the course, but only on condition that he kongruenten what is taught. At the same time, I realized that the reformation of existing developments in NLP gave me an opportunity to correct some errors in the design approved Bendlerom and me in a fit of enthusiasm, with the formation of the classical NLP.

I understand that I failed in an attempt to achieve its first objective: there is not much congruence of people who earn a living "teaching" New Air. But time will tell whether I have succeeded in achieving the second goal ...
