Healing from insulting and psychological trauma: basic principles.

This process gives you the ability to quickly overcome the many emotions caused by abuse or other trauma.

Phase One. Preparation.

Choose three of unpleasant experiences from your past and apply them to the process of rapid release from fear. This will help you create the basis of what you will do in step 3. Most people more easily carry out all subsequent stages, if they will close their eyes, relax and enter into a state of meditation.

Step Two. Sort memories.

Ask your subconscious to separate your emotions from the past pleasant unpleasant.

Step Three. Encoding of your past bad experiences.

a). Ask your subconscious to take a means of getting rid of the fear and do all your past unpleasant experiences smaller, less bright and more distant. Your subconscious can also give you a visual perspective to see a player of all these experiences, rather than monitor them from your initial point of view.

Return to the present.
