Related life, no doubt, be elected by a majority of women living today, is that Lazaris-called development. The challenge of women's development - how to reconcile the power and success with femininity, that is, how to become their own women looking for a new public vision of femininity, which exceeds the boundaries of old, passively-dependently-genteel female stereotypes, and which reflects the idea that "successful" a woman must think and act (and dress) like a man or men to fight for ideals.
Like most women, I was strictly subordinated to the mentality "Give the guy to beat you in tennis" and had a very divided opinion about the success. Communications have always been ambivalent: "struggle! Be successful! - And more weird .- Do not be too smart or successful, but it will die a lonely old Virgin ". (I rarely come to mind that a woman could choose - to the horror - to live without men or reject a man who wanted it played dupe or a free servant. Many men choose this life: how to find a new definition of power, success and masculinity in their own terms. They reject the brutal image of masculinity (such macho) with his chauvinistic attitudes and pressure frenzied pursuit of wealth. Instead, they elect the love, warmth, tenderness and joy of fatherhood, they are looking for new meaning and understanding of what it means to be a man. These men tired expression "big boys do not cry" and "real men do not eat cake", and they want to decide for themselves, that is, wear, think, feel and want, and do not abandon their "male" energy. For these men, male development is crucially vital topic.

Consider that for you is to be as "strong" and to "successful", making these definitions completely personal and positive. Avoid negative concepts such force as to be ruthless and materialistic, or climb the stairs to the total due to someone's personal life. Avoid other ideas that the success of "must" mean for men or women. What does it mean for you in your positive life force and success? What actions could you take to get closer to these ideals?
