In the late 70's, after the establishment of the classical NLP, John Grinder and Richard Bendler found that people who successfully solved with the help of NLP strange problems for themselves, do not use NLP. This situation prompted the founders of NLP rethink their established system of NLP. As a result, Richard has developed Bendler DHE (Design of Human Engineering), and John Grinder, in collaboration with Judith Deloze - New Code NLP, allowing himself to work with their own challenges, and develop their abilities.
Technologies of the New Code of NLP.
The main difference with the New Code of NLP is that the changes made (including the choice of the state, resources, and new variants of conduct) committed with the help of the unconscious. This approach is based on the credibility of unconscious thinking and the use of its wisdom, understanding the context, which is not (because of its limited) from the conscious mind.
One of the main goals (direction of development rights) in the New Code of NLP is to create the most well-coordinated team of conscious and unconscious. In other words, the development of repeat between conscious and unconscious, and, consequently, their congruence.
As an illustration of this idea, John Grinder metaphor led team rider and horse. In this command, the role of the rider to choose the direction of the trust and horses from time to time by adjusting the direction is followed. One option for such interaction with the unconscious and the conscious state is a High Performance State (Status of high efficiency). In this state the person does not make a conscious search for solutions to the problem, as is spontaneous, allowing the decision to come himself, from the unconscious.

Especially the latter is to activate both hemispheres of the brain, utilizing all channels of perception, both of the multiple concurrent processes, the presence of a clear rhythm and the gradual complication of tasks.

However, the new code of NLP is not limited to repeat the conscious and unconscious, congruence and work with states. It includes the same management attention filters, simulation from the second position and systemic GLP (plural description, accounting for feedback loops in creating change and work on the meta-levels). Allowing to go beyond the imposed conscious thinking, the new code of NLP allows us to take a step beyond the human understanding of the possible and get the key to the rich potential of our mind.
